Caring for Your Product

A little everyday care can help keep your Mobify Shop products clean, comfortable and working well. Always follow the instructions supplied with your specific product.

Cleaning Your Devices

  • Switch off and unplug electronic products before cleaning.

  • Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to gently wipe surfaces.

  • Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and spraying liquids directly onto devices.

  • Keep charging ports, speaker openings and microphones free from dust. Do not insert sharp objects into them.

Charging & Battery Care

  • Use charging cables and adapters that meet your product’s specifications.

  • Charge in a dry, ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and heat.

  • Avoid charging under pillows, blankets or other coverings.

  • Do not charge a wet device or use damaged charging equipment.

  • Stop using a product if its battery becomes swollen, damaged or unusually hot, and contact us for advice.

Earbuds & Headphones

Clean ear tips and cushions according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Keep speaker mesh dry and avoid pushing dirt into the openings.

Store earbuds in their case and protect headphones from bending, crushing or pulling on cables.

Speakers

Place your speaker on a stable surface and keep its openings clear. Avoid drops, excessive heat and exposure to water beyond the product’s stated protection rating.

Water resistance does not mean a product is suitable for every type of water exposure.

Smartwatches

Keep your watch and strap clean and dry, especially after exercise. Follow the model’s instructions for cleaning and water exposure, and ensure charging contacts are dry before charging.

Phone Covers

Remove the cover from your phone before cleaning. Use the cleaning method recommended for its material and let it dry completely before refitting it.

Check regularly for trapped dirt or grit that could scratch your phone.

Storage & Travel

Store products in a cool, dry place. Use a protective case where possible, avoid placing heavy objects on devices and keep cables loosely coiled.

For long-term battery storage, follow the manufacturer’s guidance.
